Terms of Service
Our purchases are payments for the virtual items contained in the purchase. This transaction is final and there are no refunds. If you are penalized for violating the rules of the Minecraft Server, you will not be refunded. Penalties are subject to the sole discretion of the Minecraft Server, and its rules may be changed at any time. There is no guarantee that you will be able to access the game server, and if the server is no longer operational, the virtual items will be forfeited. All items are virtual and have no value, and cannot be exchanged for real-world currency of any kind.
